Two weeks post surgery: my recovery is great so far. I walked average 15k steps daily this week and 18k steps yesterday. I found a new walking place - a trail in our city park ( walking distance to my house). The trail has two ups and downs. The end... Read more.

Wow Maggie you give me hope. My AVR just moved up to July 9th and I'm getting nervous, especially about recovery time. I'm a swimmer, have two big golden retrievers we walk miles almost everyday and I do yoga, cook etc. I keep wondering how long it will take to... Read more.
