EL is for Elizabeth but I go by Beth…..BAV discovered when I was 30 years old during a routine check. All had been fine on annual echocardiograms until October 2022.
Successful surgery (SAVR) 2024
Fairly quick recovery.
I did 7 weeks cardiac rehab program which was fantastic. I gained strength and confidence to get back to the gym.
