I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse in 2018 and some regurgitation. After my last ECHO April 2024, my cardiologist said it's gotten a little worse and we should discuss surgery during my September appointment. I found this site and it's been very helpful and encouraging! I guess my next step will be researching surgeons and the different options available to me.
