Information worth sharing, especially for those on beta blockers, aspirin, antiplatelet drugs, and statins. Treadmills may be the way to go with the unprecedented heat wave we've had this summer. Very interesting article. I take aspirin daily but keep myself indoors in the heat, it was just common sense for me. Thank you Ginny.

Eight days after mitral and tricuspid repairs and a Maze procedure, we left snowy Cleveland and flew back to beautiful sunshine in Texas! Thank you all for the encouragement and kind comments. All is going well and it's great to be home. I'm gradually moving around a little more each day and see small signs of progress. I know everything will improve with time and patience. Slow and steady wins the race! ❤️
