Post op day 4 !! Things are much better today. On floor walked for the first time and felt good. But my heart is still not waking up to good rhythm. I am likely going to need a pacemaker. I guess not the worst thing in life considering all what... Read more.

Nice photo; great smile! That first walk on the unit. Some of us refer to it as the "moon walk":) Such a good feeling to start walking again. It gets easier each time you do it, Sandeep. Will say a prayer for you re: pacemaker. It is still early-on.

After surgery,my heart went into sinus block,for about ten seconds.So they determined a pacemaker was the right thing.I wasn't happy about it,but about two years later,hardly realize it's there.Plus,it keeps track of numerous data.

In Icu post op day 3 off pressors, all moving in right direction except funky heart rhythm which is keeping me here a little longer
