Celebrating Swedish midsummer. Tomorrow we will watch Sweden - Netherlands in soccer with kids and their friends here at home and then off to US Sunday morning for a week of work

INR test this morning and test result stable. Now set for business trip to US to see my colleagues again after 1,5 years with some travel restrictions. Yesterday our weekly padel session was replaced with tennis with 2 of our kids.

A good stimulating work week and wednesday blood test follow up continued to show that my Warafarin treatment is stable. I have a mechanical aortic valve and so far the values have varied very little durin 1,5 years. Continues my running plus light gym training twice per week and also... Read more.
