Living on the West Coast of Sweden is good since you have good access to fresh fish and seafood at reasonable prices.
We try to eat fresh fish 2-3 times per week at home. It is not only delicious it is also good for your heart ❤️

Today it is exactly 2 years since my bicuspid aortic valve gave up and one month of waiting in hospital for surgery started. Can it be more different. Sitting with family on the Swedish west coast enjoying a good seafood dinner!
