Gregory Ballard Post got cut off from photo title........ I believe the anticipation leading up to surgery is worse than the actual recovery for most. Greg is doing awesome and I wanted to share this post with you. We live in Las Vegas, NV and the weather here is great. Greg loves to surf behind our boat and "show up" our adult children while doing so. ha-ha!! This is him earlier this month doing what he loves and staying active. less than 5 months post op. I truly believe exercising and staying physically active has made his recovery that much better. Here's to wishing you all a "surfing trip" to the lake or whatever makes you happily active at 5 months post op.

Mike Roskowinski Awesome Greg. That is what I love to see. As I sit here 3 weeks post op and I wonder when will I be able to do these things. I am feeling great and walking 5 miles a day. Ready to get back to lifting and enjoying summer activities as in volleyball and golf. Greg did you get a pacemaker when you got out of surgery? I think I remember someone saying that you did. I also received one and wanted to know if it changed anything for you. Love the photo and glad he is living life to the fullest

Me and Dr. Patel my cardiologist in Vegas at my 6 week follow up. He said my heart valves are flowing like an 8 lane freeway instead of a 2 lane divided highway :) and released me to go back to the gym. Life is good!
