About Me

By total accident it was discovered about a month ago that my aortic valve was heavily calcified. The opening is only .6cm. I have no symptoms. I am 53 years old and in good health. My arteries are clear of blockages. I may need aortic root replacement as well. CT scan and other tests for that are 3/27. I am leaning towards the On-X valve but still researching. I am an avid golfer. I have no other physical issues other than the "rock pile" aortic valve as my cardiologist called it.
