well my bovine heart valve is doing very good i had a hard time making up my mind which valve to go with but my surgion said he was to use a bovine valve and i was ok with that now after it was done i am very happy with my decision i know it is a hard decision to make but i would do a lot of reading up on the valves so you know which one will suit you best sometimes the dr may know best because he has done so many of the ohs so read and pray about it the lord will help you and you will make it thru this journey you are not alone we are hear to help i was operated on 8/19/2014 and i am doing fine as far as having another surgery the next time i hope for a TAVRwith no cutting my prayers and best wishes to you all waiting for surgery and in recovery and try cardio rehab after surgery it really helps love your friend and heart patient steven a husted ((popeye))
