Robert Miller Very nice!! Great you made it up there! Reminds me of Mission Peak (because of that pole). Our son just went there a few months ago. Not as high, not as many mountains but pretty nice view. Yosemite was were I hiked after my second surgery.

Robert Miller One year I went there with no reservation. Also in my 20s. No camping place and no motel/hotel available. So I went to a dirt road outside the park sleeping in my old car. Police still found me and chased me away... So I drove further away, slept in the car and went back in the next day. Ansel Aadams, the photographer, is famous for Yosemite. I hiked around there with a big camera backpack and a small backpack with some spare cloths attached to it. Good old times... Now I just use my cellular phone and make reservations...

Fidel Martínez Ruiz Deena, in Burgos, it's usual eat blood sausage in two versions, made with rice (in my village) or with onion in Burgos town, but any time in the year but in summer. It is very cold in winter. The typical of Easter here is a delicious sweet made of bread soaked in milk with cinnamon and lemon peel, after battered in egg and finally fried.

Then, my question is : Are the alcoholic drinks (even low graduation) strictly prohibited when carrying a biological prostheses valve? Thanks so much, friends.

Yumiko Ishida Merry Christmas, Fidel! Just read your story. My mother received a biological prosthetic valve at age 78. In her case it was for her aortic valve, but it was doing just fine 12 years later. My surgeon told me, generally speaking, there is less wear and tear as you get older, so the replacement valve usually lasts longer. So don’t let your valve hold you back!

I had mitral valve replacement with a biological valve (cow) and up to now, all has been all right. Nevertheless, am a little worry because I dont know which food is the right to eat in order to last more the valve prosthese I have implanted, specially meat ( cow, pig, chicken, turkeyi(may have I some list on this topic?. Thak you very much.
