Hmm, interesting. I didn't expect this in Spain but I have only been in Southern Spain as a kid and in Portugal a couple years ago. 4th time in Switzerland this year, Italy, and one more time Switzerland early December. Very interesting trees.

I do think that the flower (2nd picture) actually is used for heart medicine. It is called ”fingerborgsblomma” in Swedish, foxglove in English according to Chat GPT or the scientific name Digitalis. Suitable for us in this fora 😉

Yes Henrik, you hit the nail on the head👍 ,my wife has told me yes, is digitalis purpúrea, in spanish, dedalera"because It looks like a "dedal" (thimble).
