Fidel: and others TURP surgery on prostate was wednesday, back home today. Monday when they remove the catheter will tell the story. Fingers cross that my BPH will be a thing of the past.

Fidel, i have a low gleason score prostate cancer 3+4=7 which is currently in the active surveillance stage. However this bph prostate enlargement issue is nasty. Thank you fidel. I read about that as well. My problem potentially my be insurance not wanting to cover me due to my prostate cancer although they are not connected.

I had Gleason 7 (4+3) and for me was no chance and I went straight on to surgery.

Yes, big difference between 3+4 and 4+3. Unfortunately the insurance co. Holds the cards. I will be calling them monday to discuss exceptions to the rule.
