While hiking on vacation in Wales, I experienced jaw pain. I was hiking fast and climbing a steep hill. Continuing on vacation I had no pain walking on the beach. It seemed moving uphill and fast were the triggers. As I was having this diagnosed upon our return to the U.S., the jaw pain became more frequent with no incline and less distance. It just became so I hardly had to move and I am a mover. I live in Arizona and cooler weather is coming. I started this journey the second week of June and am surprised how long the process takes but am glad to be on the schedule now. It has to be noted that I started with a different team and hospital but something felt off. I followed my heart (pun intended) and switched to this new team that I 100 percent believe has the skill and compassion needed for this work. The information flow is fantastic and the support team seems really on their game. I really enjoy when things work like a well oiled machine.
