Happy Thanksgiving all! 4 1/2 months post op and first race since surgery in the books. Feeling fantastic! Positive vibes going out to each and every one of you in your journeys.
Way to go Eric, it is not only good for you but as you know running also makes you feel fit and happy 💪
Great going, Eric, congratulations! my son and his wife lived in Fort Collins for 4 years...thought I recognized the background. Keep up the great work.

2 weeks post aortic valve repair today. Treated myself to 3 1/2 miles of trails instead of pavement pounding. Beautiful Colorado day!
Congratulations Eric!!! So happy that you got your wish and the repair was possible. You are doing amazing!

This was right before discharge. Had to get a photo with my surgeon. He's a busy guy so I take what I can get!
So happy for you that you are doing so well. God Bless you and I wish you a speedy recovery. I am awaiting a call back from Dr Svensson any day now. AVR 2 years ago, and now mod- severe leak. I hear he has a wonderful reputation!🤞🏻❤️
