Hi all, I'm 15 weeks post SAVR and finished a slow run/walk10K. I felt good. Still have a couple weeks of Cardio rehab. Things are moving in the right direction with no major setbacks. Best wishes to all.

Discharged yesterday. In hotel for a couple days then a Tuesday CC visit to get the ok to fly home on Wednesday. All going somewhat smoothly.

First walk "behind" the walker, not holding on. Adam, I'm standing in front of Dr Roselli's wall photo. Tell him it might be time for an updated picture 😊
