Heart Valve Day Giveaway: 10 Free HVS Hats!
Published: February 22, 2021
[Update: Unfortunately, all of the free HVS hats in our "Heart Valve Day Giveaway" are now gone! I'm so sorry if you did not get one. Wow, those hats went fast! Again, I'm super sorry if you did not get one of these hats.]
After sharing this post about our free giveaway of the new HVS hats, my inbox was flooded with patient requests for our hats.
So... To celebrate National Heart Valve Disease Awareness Day, I had 10 more hats made. Here's a picture of Jeannie Sullivan, a 5-time heart surgery and Ross Procedure patient from Florida, who received a hat in our last giveaway.
Important Note: As you can see in Carol Foster's pictures below (on the right), these are "Flexfit" baseball hats. That means the hats are fitted. So, one size does not fit all. Fyi, Carol, who is from Rhode Island, had a successful mitral valve surgery. Go Carol!
I have 5 Small/Medium and 5 Large/Extra Large sized hats.
If you want a hat… Please post your name and hat size below in the comments section. Or, email me at adam@heartvalvesurgery.com.
I'll then send you the HVS hat with NO shipping costs. (That's right. Free hat. Free shipping. Woo-Whoo!!!)
I imagine the hats will go quickly. So, please don't wait to respond to this fun community giveaway!
