First day after the valve repair. She's looking great and still in good spirit! Drainage tubes should be out later today or tomorrow. Still in the ICU due to low blood pressure, but should be out tomorrow. More to come!

Those pillows and positioning are all too familiar. Best wishes for continued recovery!!

Hello all, Wes here, son of Suzanne, posting on her behalf. She is out of the OR with a repaired valve!! I'm currently with her in the ICU. She looks great and is currently enjoying a helping of ice chips. She can hear very well and can speak softly. I... Read more.
