It looks like you are doing pretty good. My brother was a bit on the heavier side and had to amputate a toe and some more probably due to diabetes. Luckily, no amputation of the entire foot. Just like you, he lost a lot of weight after that. So I think you are doing all the right things. What really helped my brother is having one of those glucose monitors that give him constant feedback. So now he has a much better understanding what food is affecting his blood sugar level. There is some interesting stuff you learn. I know that wasn't heart related but I just wanted to put that out there. I am wishing you all the best. Btw, do you have anyone that accompanies you on this journey?
