Five years ago, on March 24, 2017, I had aortic valve replacement, along with a little "cleaning off" of my mitral valve. It's been a journey. My best advice is to get a good cardiologist and let him/her worry about your heart and you do what you do best--live your... Read more.

Just celebrated sixteen weeks since surgery. Finished cardiac rehab a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that, within the last week, things have "gelled" for me. I have an almost "normal" level of energy, even on long days at work.
