I had rheumatic fever twice as a child which resulted in a heart murmur ,had my 3 children my usual check by cardio all okay, have always been busy and energetic grandchildren etc, when I hit 70 my problems began my stenosis had suddenly become severe my surgeon performed my avr within weeks I am now 3 months post op
