Thanks, Pam, for your well wishes. The CT scan I had in the spring of 2016 in preparation for the heart surgery showed that the nodule detected in 2006 had increased in size. A biopsy followed a couple of months later and the result was benign, as mentioned earlier. However,... Read more.

Hi Jeannette my birthday was may 31st when I reached the ripe old age of 73 but as you remarked recently 70s are the new 60s that made me feel good, my husband is going through a similar situation to you a shadow was detected on his lung 15 months... Read more.

Hello, Pam! Welcome to the site, what questions do you have for us? I'm coming up on my 3-year anniversary of aortic valve replacement. I'm 45 now, and the only change in my lifestyle from before surgery is that I am more active and sleep less! Meredith

In the upper right hand corner you see a box with your name, and there's a drop-down triangle to the right of that. That drop-down is where you can find your account information, control panel, friend invitations, etc. Hope this helps!
