Today marks my 4th Heart Anniversary. 6/15/22 I recieved my Ross procedure at University of Washington, and could not be happier with the results. The mental side of it hasnt been easy, as I have good days and bad.. but I’m truly grateful at everyone who has helped me thru.... Read more.

It’s been fours already- wow, congrats!!! And, I hear ya; I think the mental challenges are not discussed enough. It’s not a one and done, lets move on surgery.
