Got a chance to see my heart sister Julie McDonald-Lundgren today. She looked great! I'm glad she is home and recovering well. :) ♡

Hey Tammi! I agree, our scars are badges of courage. Love the red. I haven't been ok'd for cardiac rehab yet, but did walk for an hour today (slow as a turtle).
