Here I am hoping to go home tomorrow.i have a scar now too. Found out that I have1 pig valve and one cow valve. I have a oink/moo. It is difficult to sleep

Hi Laura, congrats, you look great ! Welcome to the recovery side 💐And it is upward and onward from here, we all seem to hit a couple of bumps along the way but remember, recovery is a process and takes patience. Great start and wishing you sunny skies ahead 🐂🐖

Yeah...I also have a cow and pig valve. My friends like to joke that at times I make barnyard animal noises...maybe I do? :). I'm two years post op today...you're doing excellent!

Just sleep when you want and have something to fiddle with when you're awake. Took me almost two weeks to start getting back to normal sleep patterns. In the hospital I woke up about every three hours.
