4 weeks post surgery! Getting better, logging daily mile walks! Minor setbacks with roller coaster energy level; neck, shoulder and back muscles stiffness and feeling restless at times! Overall, healing nicely. Cleared for cardiac rehab!

Paul Wells I read back in your story and glad for you that your surgeon was looking ahead for you. Some surgeons and cardiologists don't mention that a tissue valve wears out
But your surgeon discussed a later TAVR. I had one cardiologists who was a straight talker, answerd all my questions , and educated me but he moved too far away to keep.
Rehab was good. I had a treadmill by a big window, I brought my headphones, no time limits. A little activity to get the endorphins going.
Enjoy your rehab program , you will come out stronger.
