That might speed up that backlog of cases….The UK must not have the amount of interventional cardiologists that we have…

Celebrating 12 weeks post AVR today with a long beach walk with the pooch. I felt great! Recovery has been up and down, but steadily better as the weeks past. I highly recommend cardiac rehab sessions once cleared following surgery.

Congrats on your 12 week Anniversary!! You look like you're doing great! I completely agree that cardiac rehab makes a big difference after surgery! There's a lot of life to live!! ❤
Love you and your pooch. You no doubt realize that your dog is your best therapy for recovery. Thankfully my wife does not read these but Cassie does.
Day 1 post surgery and feeling pretty good. Great experience with Dr. Argenziano and team at Columbia Presbyterian!!
Looking fabulous, Ted! Welcome to recovery!!!
You are even smiling!! I am impressed... Be patient with yourself through recovery.

Thanks all. Day 2 and a little more aches probably from aesthetics wearing off. BP a little low; but as expected. Got up for a walk around icu. Plan to go to step down later today.
Wow I barely even remember day 1. I'm so impressed. You are a warrior Ted!!
Way to go Ted....every day gets better and better. I'm 3 months out, back in the gym with moderate workouts and this morning discharged from cardiac rehab which make sure you do when the time comes! Great feeling having all behind you now, huh?
Congrats on being on the recovery side! I see you are a fellow Spartan! I hope you are able to enjoy the big game this weekend. Keep up the good work!
