Steve, looks like your recovery is going well. The wood/canvas canoe in the background definitely caught my attention. Paddling is one of my passions and has been an important part of my recovery. Please tell me more about your boat and how paddling fits into your plans.

Yes, I understand. One of the docs that I work with warned me that I would feel like I had been run over by a truck . That was pretty accurate. However, the human body has a remarkable ability to heal, and heal you will. Just got to be patient... Read more.
Awesome to hear you are doing great. It is crazy how tiring recovery can be, isn't it. Keep on listening to your body.

Welcome to recovery. So glad you are walking even if it's tiring, don't stop. Be patient with yourself and rest when your body tells you to. God bless and stay well and safe.

Thank you everyone for the support and well wishes. I have been following everything my docs and nurses have said and taking your advice. Today, I am going home!
