The pic on the left was me after my first mitral valve repair 16 months ago. The pic on the right was taken 3 weeks ago. They did a re-repair on my valve . Has anyone else had a re-repair?

Wow. They tried to repair and I told them before if it won't last for any decent amount of time to replace it. It was replaced with a pig valve. You are one tough cookie!

i am so sorry. What is the big bandage on your arm?? I;m still leaking at a 2. We will get through this. Hug that pillow hard. I will never for get my first sneeze. Ouch!!

Linda, the bandage was with my IV, I think. I can tell you all, that I NEVER want to do this again😜
