Really enjoyed talking to you Karen! Rebecca, it's about 45 min of cardio split between the treadmill, bike and rowing followed by 15 min stretch and cool down. Energy is no longer a problem.

17 week update. I now have pretty much fully recovered. Working on adding some weight via the gym. Pic is from last weekend during a blizzard at 8,000 ft elevation. I was at that elevation prior to surgery and needed oxygen. ps, the film I invested in won audience pick,... Read more.

Thanks everyone! I have seen most people are 80% at 12 weeks. I was too. Daniel, ck out the Edward's Konnect device. Valve is already sewed in. Less chance for bad fit and other issues. Less pump time too.
