Adam,
Thanks for the Valentine’s wishes. Ours was a great one since I just had my ONE YEAR VALVERSARY on Feb 12th…actually, mine was a double, just like yours (Ross procedures). I’m doing wonderfully! Thanks again for all that you do.

Doug

Valversary?

Nice use of words Doug! Very appropriate and innovative. Should you or I contact Webster’s? 🙂

Congratulations on the celebration!!!

Keep on tickin!

Adam

Adam,
Reading your eloquent words about the love within our hearts reminded me of something. When I was an ICU nurse years go, our heart surgeons would send the staff a huge cake on Valentine’s Day with the same message every year. The cake always read, “We Love Our Nurses!”
Those surgeons were amazing in what they did every day. But, they never forgot what we did “around the clock” and “24/7” for their patients. Working in that ICU was the best years of my nursing career. Being a patient in that same ICU recently only confirms that the tradition continues!
