Top Heart Surgeons – California List For Timmie
September 12th, 2008Timmie was recently diagnosed with calcified aortic valve that has caused severe aortic stenosis. In her email to me Timmie writes, “Adam – I know Cleveland Clinic is ranked #1 for heart surgery but I want to stay in California without compromising care. Who are the top heart surgeons in California that I should consider for my aortic valve replacement?”
Given the population of California (my home state), there are lots of great heart surgeons here. And, considering my patient interviews over the years, I have developed a short-list of “top surgeons” in California. I have listed them below.
