Made it to the other side! I had a successful Ross procedure last Friday. I was the first patient of the day, checked in bright and early at 5:30 a.m. They told me after I woke up that it was a 7-hour operation, but they completed it in 5 hours.... Read more.

Thank you! Those back pain and sore are no joke. I try to manage the back pain with a massage gun, but they only help a little. One day at a time.

Great news, Joshua! I had my Ross Procedure last Monday, so am only a few days ahead of you in recovery, so I'll say that it's amazing how fast the day-to-day improvement is. Even by this weekend you'll feel noticeably better than you do today.

Well, you get this response after your surgery date. Recovery from OHS is a pain. All those tubes and you can't take a shower and have to lay on your back. It's really annoying. But most likely, you feel so much better after all this is over. So keep this... Read more.
