Learned in my early teens I had a murmur caused by a bicuspid aortic valve...My echo in Aug 2023 showed moderate stenosis... my most recent echo in Aug 2024 revealed I had progressed from moderate to severe stenosis in less than a year....I had a catheterization last week, all my coronary arteries are clear, awaiting my surgery consultation the first week of Oct...looks like things are going to move quickly now. Consultation was yesterday Oct 8,surgery is set for Oct 24.
