That's great! Congratulations Carol! Been mostly doing ok....as long as I keep moving just as you said! Had blood pressure taken at the doctors, 111/63. No meds......lots of walking and healthy food! Once a year checkups as well! I will be 66 next month. Keep moving! Peace ✌️
