A little late with this post, but I wanted to share some good news. I’m incredibly grateful for my family, my surgeon Dr. van Boxtel, my cardiologist Dr. Znamensky, and this forum for all the excellent content, support, and guidance that helped me learn about and pursue the Ross procedure. Last month — 18 months post-Ross — I completed my first triathlon: the Ironman 70.3 at Happy Valley. Next up, I’m training for a full Ironman in 2027.
