Halfway thru cardiac rehabilitation. This program has sure helped me regain my strength and endurance. Three times a week for one hour.

On April 14 I had my mitral valve and my tricuspid valve repaired.
I am back home now and recovering. Feeling a bit tired.

With Mitral Valve regurgitation - has anyone experienced breathlessness, especially atnight?
Hopefully I am wrong with this but it could be a possible sign of heart failure and water on your lungs. See if your ankles are swollen which would be another sign of water retention. In any case, I think you urgently need to see a cardiologist (again). Make sure... Read more.
I would visit the emergency room, sooner rather than later.
Yes I'd do it either.
Thanx all, yes we found edema in my lungs. I am taking Lasix. Just saw my cardiologist last week.
Next is consultation with surgeon and then surgery for mitral valve repair at Hartford Hospital.
