I am truly blessed! On December 10th, I walked up Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Exactly 1 year before, I had open heart surgery (Below is the rest of my post).

Congratations, Bob! Life is good! I can't wait for my one year anniversary (well, yes I can because I have 11 months to go). But 4 weeks post surgery and I'm already feeling great. I just want another month to go by so that I can drive again!

There were some posts about blood pressure. Guess when I had my Aortic Valve replacement? My cardiologist loved this screen shot
