Yesterday was the two year anniversary of my aortic valve replacement surgery and aortic aneurysm repair. God sure has blessed us. It's hard to express how grateful I am and how blessed I feel to be doing so well.

On 9/13/2025 I ran the Mattie Conley Memorial 5K in Russell, KY. This race was kind of a big deal for me. Since I did my first 5K in 2021, I always said "Someday" I'd like to be able to run a 5K in under 30 minutes and "Someday" I'd... Read more.
