I wear my Fitbit daily but haven't hit goal too often. My surgery was just over two months ago.
Nice to see so many people like yourself wearing fitbits (I wear a Garmin) to track your great progress 😁
I was obsessed when I first got my Fitbit about two years ago. I overdid it. Guess I was doing between 12,000 and 20,000 steps. I was it a group on Facebook. Ended up getting planter fasciitis. Not going to do that again.
Take it a day at a time. I progressed more quickly once I had 3 weeks of Cardiac Rehab behind me.
It's still so very very early for you. Give yourself a break. This is not a race. It took me a year before I could attend dance class again. Your body's been through a lot.
Ouch PF (aka Policeman's Heel 👮) would be very painful. I was the same trying to get up step esp out of surgery but now know to slow down when my body tells me.

Back to watching my grandson. Its about 10 weeks since my surgery. He's about 24 pounds.
Looking great Nancy , cant wait to put my surgery behind me we should all look so good congratulations and continued success... thanks for coming back and inspiring those of us who are yet to get their procedure
So glad you're back with that cutie!
Oh Nancy thanks for posting. I saw my grandson over the holidays and wondering when I will be able to hold him.
Thanks everyone. We watched him again today. We took him to BJ's. He loves the shopping cart.
