The ole Edwards Inspiris Resilia Aortic Valve is doing OK after a year and a half. I'm still working towards an 11 minute mile pace and its a work in progress for sure. I'm no speedster but as I get a little lighter, I get a little faster!

Whoo hoo I'm inspired- I'm 5 1/2 months after mitral valve repair. I'm running 3 slow miles ( 13.5 to 15 min miles) 3 times a week. Hope to be at your pace by May!

Working toward a 5K in under 40 minutes. Getting close. First 5K (last November) after AVR (last June) took me 56 minutes :-)
