Well everyone, I am thankful for modern medicine and the doctor who initially discovered my aortic valve regurgitation. After years of CT scans, echos, EKG's, angiograms and blood tests and two heart surgeries under my belt, I am here to tell you to press on! You got this!! I thank God for the health that I have been able to have over the years. All I want, is to be around a long time for my husband and boys. I am thankful for this community and for Dr. Brian Foy(Edwards Heart Hospital) who performed my 1st Aortic valve repair in 2016 and Dr. Gang(Northwestern Medicine) who just performed my 2nd Aortic valve repair and replacement on February 3, 2025. To those who understand the emotions and fear of heart surgery, I wish you all heart health and happiness! GOD BLESS!
