To all those in the recovery phase, I am sharing this little graph. I had a rarely complex surgery, with an extremely long recovery. I know this graph well...lol. So give yourself some slack, its not a race...your body needs the time it needs. Dont force it. Trust me, setbacks... Read more.

So true Greg, We all will have our own journeys but some of my inspirations came from the fact that I saw others had managed to come back. In the beginning I really was scared and lost but gradually I managed to try to think forward

I just asked my wife if she thinks it was harder mentally or physically. She said both, but for sure mentally was harder. ...I think she means me..not sure. 😂
