To all those in the recovery phase, I am sharing this little graph. I had a rarely complex surgery, with an extremely long recovery. I know this graph well...lol. So give yourself some slack, its not a race...your body needs the time it needs. Dont force it. Trust me, setbacks are very hard mentally, and physically. Give it some time. You went through something major.

Hi gang! I now have a new thing to consider in my life, and I am wondering if anyone else with heart valve problems/surgery has had this too....my right side vertebral artery is mostly plugged up (as I have said, I hate the word stenosis. 😂).. it is a focal point right at my brain, so it is completely inoperable. So basically I have a ticking stroke time bomb (great name for a rock band). I make jokes, but its not really funny. I am just trying not to think too much about it. ...Anyway, does anyone else have this problem now? Like I am wondering if all my lovely heart surgery stuff could have caused it. Maybe someone can comment on this, if they know anything. Thanks!
