3.5 weeks post open heart surgery for aortic valve replacement. I had a bi-cuspid that had run its course. Feeling great. Starting Cardiac rehab in 2 weeks. Can't wait to get back to mountain biking.

Great to hear. My husband and I ride bikes (but not mountain biking) and enjoy it. Glad you are doing well.
