Hello everyone! Today is the three year anniversary of my mitral valve replacement surgery. After some initial complications for having HIT due to the heparin that caused a stroke my recovery has been fantastic. This site was extremely helpful for giving me knowledge about how the surgery will go. I wish everyone the very best as they continue on their heart journey or are just beginning the process
