I ran my first mile last week. 10:54 pace. Felt awesome even though I was on a treadmill. My stamina has finally turned the corner.

It feels like yesterday that I was preparing for OHS. I am 8 weeks out today and feeling great. The Cardioversion knocked out any heart beat issues and rehab is getting better everyday. Hopefully I will be off amiodarone and xarelto soon. I'm ready to be med free.
