I wonder am I ever going to get back to my normal ? Being able to move freely and sleep.

Yes, you will get back to normal. It is hard in the beginning, especially for you since it all came up (diagnosis and surgery) so fast. It took me months to be sleeping (Somewhat normally) in my bed . Be patient with yourself, and write down your thoughts and questions... Read more.

I've been having a hard time sleeping and sleeping through the night without waking up. It's frustrating and mentally draining. I find that it helps to journal things and talk it out with others on this site and on Facebook groups. Stay strong. We'll get to our new normal eventually.
