Hi, I had my aortic valve replaced with a mechanical valve on June 23rd. I was fortunate enough to have a robotically assisted surgery and the valve was repaired through small incisions under my breast and on my side....so they didn't have to crack me open and no zipper scar. I'm headed back to work this Monday and feel fully recovered. Any weight lifters out there? David Buchanan Hey that is great news. I’m about to go through the same surgery in the middle of September exactly the same type of operation here in Australia. It’s great to know you’ve recovered so quickly.
Gene M As a two time SAVR veteran, I’m happy for you.
