7 years post op mitral valve repair for severe regurgitation. Now 66 years old. Echo 3 months ago showed moderate regurgitation, blood pressure also too high. Blood pressure now under good control. Still having some palpitations and occasional PVCs and atrial tach per recent Holter.

I had severe mitral regurgitation repair with open heart and an annuloplasty ring 7 years ago in Colorado. I now live in rural Kansas. Hi Lori, if it were me, I'd travel up to the Cleveland Clinic. Or check out other large hospitals with speciality in re-repairs.
