I had severe mitral regurgitation repair with open heart and an annuloplasty ring 7 years ago in Colorado. I now live in rural Kansas. Echo with cardiologist here now shows moderate jet regurgitation. Where do I go for evaluation of the possibility of re repair surgery, so unsettling. Do I need a re repair specialist?
