I was initially diagnosed in September 2021. Grateful that my primary care doctor detected a very slight murmur and referred me to a cardiologist who diagnosed me. Looking forward to being on the other side of this! The Cleveland Clinic has been wonderful to work with ever since I contacted them for a second opinion. I will travel from out of state (Southeastern PA) for the surgery & recovery. I will have open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve with a tissue valve on July 9
